Each order is custom printed after we receive your order and generally we are not able to accept returns unless there is a demonstrable issue with the items you received or there is damage to your product upon delivery. In rare cases we will accept a return if the customer pays for return shipping.
If you have an issue with a damaged product during shipping, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. THESE ISSUES MUST BE ADDRESSED WITHIN THREE WEEKS OF RECEIPT.
If you order during a discount sale (such as a B2G1 sale) and return for a refund, your total drop order purchase price will be taken into account and divided by the number of drops in that order to reach the refund price. That will be the price per drop for refund purposes. Shipping not included in calculation.
